A princess tea party is always a blast. For a teenage birthday, why not celebrate with tea? It's a snap with this guide.

Of course the ideal food and drink for this kind of party would be tea and cookies! A chocolate tart or brownies are also a great addition. Serve a cheese and fruit tray, too, for healthy snacking.

You can spruce up ordinary folding chairs, like we did, by following the directions below.
Use doilies for table linens at your party. Put your tea cups all around the room that the party will take place in. The floral pillows look nice on couches and benches.
Many thrift stores have an
abundance of tea cups, dollies and pillows. Da-Mamma and I went from
thrift store to thrift store buying these articles.
Ask all your guests to wear a pretty dress to contribute to the princess feel. Maybe even have them wear tiaras!

Don't forget to get prizes for the games. Hair clips or fingernail polish make great prizes for teenagers.
We invited girls to our party who did not know each other, so we did a trivia tea ice breaker.
We got the cards from eclectic lamb.
Each player takes a turn asking the trivia questions on their cards. Whoever guesses the answer right picks a tea bag. After all the questions are asked, the person with the highest number of tea bags at the end is the winner.
