Mrs. Anne Carroll, the wife of the late Dr. Warren Carroll founder of Christendom College, founded Seton School in 1975. She has continued to teach high school students since its founding and has succeeded in transmitting an authentic Catholic education to the youth for over four decades.
As a historian, Mrs. Carroll has written indispensable works that are ideal for history courses, one of these being Christ and the Americas, around which Max & Carlota was drawn up. In her two homeschool classics, Christ and the Americas and Christ the King Lord of History, her love for history clearly shines through, making it truly an engaging course for young people.
A life-long Catholic, Jim Morlino was born in 1959 in Los Angeles CA, and grew up in San Diego, CA where he received a BA in Music from the University of San Diego, and an MFA in Drama from the University of California, San Diego.
He moved to New York City in 1989 and worked as an actor for a number of years in Film, Television, and Theater.
In 2010 he started his own production company, Navis Pictures which specializes in the unique film genre of "Children's Cinema". Both of his independent feature films, St. Bernadette of Lourdes and the award winning The War of the Vendee have been broadcast worldwide on EWTN.
We are eager to share our improvements since our first movie, Outlaws of Ravenhurst. We hope you agree that the cinematography is better and the acting more believable in our short film Max And Carlota. We are most excited to unveil this project's original and moving music score!
For those who cannot attend, we plan on recording and editing the conference speeches and making them available for you online after the premiere!
As we will not be selling ticket or charging an admission fee, your donations are greatly appreciated to help defray the premiere costs and fund future movie making projects. You can donate at the event but donations now would be most beneficial!
