Yields: 2 dozen small bars Time: 30 min. + chilling time
1 bag of chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil
2-3 cups nuts (pecans, peanuts, macadamia, ext.)

Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. After they are melted, add the coconut oil.
Meanwhile, chop the nuts into small pieces. Stir them into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the chocolate and nuts into a lined baking pan. Place in the refrigerator until set.
When firm chop the bars in to finger size chocolates. Enjoy!
