Art and crafts are a constant around here. Every school morning, we draw a Bible story that someone reads aloud. This way we work our way through Bible History and learn to draw. Drawing is an important skill and all children should learn to draw at least a little. It also aids in penmanship.
Besides this form of art we also take some time for art appreciation as well as trying a little fine art. I like to do one-stroke painting, Bee-Jay enjoys pastels and Teen A prefers oil painting.
